Hand the busywork to AI.

Set up safely, on the email, calendar and spreadsheets you already use. I’m Alex Wild: I build AI tools for engineering teams at work, and I bring the same care to small businesses in Northern Utah and beyond. Fixed prices, plain language, and you stay in control.

Start with a 60–90 minute automation check‑up, $250.

What I can take off your plate

  • AI that answers customer questions

Replies drafted from what your business already knows: your FAQ, price list and past emails. You approve before anything goes out.

  • Paperwork into data

Invoices, receipts and forms read automatically and filed into the spreadsheet or books you already keep.

  • Connecting your tools

Email, calendar and spreadsheets wired together so AI can use them safely, seeing only what it needs to.

  • Websites

Fast, mobile-friendly sites you can update yourself, built when your current one is holding you back.

How it works

  1. Automation check-up

A 60–90 minute session, $250. We walk through your week and find the chores worth handing off.

  2. Fixed quote

You get a written list of the top three chores to automate, each with a fixed price. No hourly surprises.

  3. Build and test on your real work

I build it and we run it alongside how you work today until you trust it.

  4. Hand-off and training

You and your team learn how it works and how to adjust it. I stay available for support.

About

By day I’m a software engineer on an AI platform team, building the tools that let a whole company use AI on its own data without exposing anything it shouldn’t. Through A Wild Solution I bring the same care to small businesses: find the work that eats your week, and hand it to software you can trust.

I work with businesses in Logan, across Cache Valley and the rest of Northern Utah, in person or remotely. When I’m not building, I’m with my wife and two sons, or deep in a game of Arkham Horror.

  • Seven years building production software
  • AI Platform engineer, building secure AI tools used company-wide
  • Technical reviewer, Functional Programming with C# (O’Reilly)
